1. No Refund Policy
Once payment is made for any of our services, it is non-refundable until the agreement tenure ends and only if you complete the program according to the completion criteria defined below. Please note that the pre-work phase is completed before the official batch commencement date.
Completion Criteria
To be considered a program completer, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- Attendance: Maintain at least 80% attendance across all live sessions, workshops, and mandatory cohort meetings.
- Program Score: Achieve an overall program score of at least 80% aggregated from module tests, assignments, projects, capstone submissions, and any other evaluated components.
We do not offer refunds for any course fees, registration fees, or any other payments made to The Skillians. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our programs and ensures that all participants are committed to their educational journey.
2. Batch Change Requests
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to change your batch, please note the following:
- Batch Change Fee: Batch change requests are subject to a fee due to the time-sensitive nature of the Income Share Agreement (ISA) you will be signing with us.
- Exceptions: Exceptions will be made for medical conditions and emergencies. To qualify for an exception, you must provide necessary documentation as proof. Examples of acceptable documentation include medical certificates, hospital records, or other relevant documents.

3. Double Payments
If a double payment is made by mistake, we will refund the excess amount. To process this refund, please contact us with proof of the double payment. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
