The CTC Guarantee Program is our formal commitment to every enrolled student: complete the program, meet the performance criteria, and we guarantee a job offer at or above a specified minimum CTC — or the post-placement fee is fully waived.

How the CTC Guarantee actually works
Guarantee locked at enrolment
Your minimum guaranteed CTC — ₹8 LPA tech, ₹6 LPA non-tech — is written into the PAP agreement. It doesn't change after enrolment.
You train, we work on placement
From Month 3 our placement cell builds your profile — resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews with MAANG engineers, referrals to 927+ partners.
Offer at or above guaranteed CTC
Post-placement fee becomes payable in 12 monthly EMIs, starting only after you join the company. No lump sum, no upfront payment.
Not placed? Fee waived.
If we don't place you at or above the guaranteed CTC within the support window, the post-placement fee is fully waived. Written into the contract.
Conditions to qualify (reasonable, not punitive)
- Complete all modules, assignments and capstone projects
- Maintain 80%+ attendance at live classes
- Appear for the required company interviews (~2/week in placement phase)
- Complete resume, LinkedIn and mock interview rounds as instructed
- Be willing to relocate to the company location if required
